11ty starterpack

This is to provide artists (or anyone whose needs overlap) a pre-packaged art gallery, with pages for OCs (and their own individual galleries) similar to my own website.

Being able to see a folder setup for reference, is one of the things that would've helped me back when I was getting started with 11ty/Eleventy.
